Hello, and welcome to DEE3 STYLEZ booking! I’m Delilah, a Milwaukee based, licensed cosmetologist and beautician with over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. I absolutely love what I do, and hairdressing is not just my hobby—it's a passion! In addition to being a proud mother of three, I enjoy helping clients feel their best while bringing their hair visions to life. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure a seamless booking experience for everyone! Booking Policies: 1)All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final service cost. 2)Deposits can also be paid through Venmo (@Delilah-Cox-3) or Cash App ($DeelilahC3) or Cash. 3) Appointments can only be rescheduled within 48 hours and can be rescheduled once per month. Cancellations & Late Policy: 1)If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. 2)If you are running late, please text or call. **15 minutes late: You will be charged a $20 late fee. **30 minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled. Appointment Requirements: 1) Natural hair should be at least 4 inches long all around. 2)Thicker natural hair may incur an additional $15 charge, depending on the service. 3)If you choose to come to your appointment prepped, your hair must be freshly washed and product-free (no oils, leave-in conditioner, etc.) and blown out root to tip with a water-based beat protectant. **hair NOT properly washed and blown out will be washed and blow-dried for an additional $30! **MUST have a clean scalp to begin service ** Additional Fees: 1)Off days (Sundays) have an additional $75 fee. 2)Same-day appointments or after-hours will incur a $75 extra charge. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) If I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will remain valid for 30 days to reschedule. 2) I maintain the right to decline working with any prospective client at my discretion. HOME BASE STYLIST, once your appointment has been confirmed and approved location will be sent by email a day before you’re scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

1) ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE IN CASE OF RESCHEDULING/CANCELING. 2)APPOINTMENTS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS, AND CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH. 3)CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY (WITHIN 24 HOURS), WILL INCUR AN AUTOMATIC 50% SERVICE/INCONVENIENCE CHARGE. 4) IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20; IF YOU ARE 30 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. **NOTE: IN THE EVENT I MAY NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN VALID FOR UP TO 30 DAYS TO RESCHEDULE!
